RESOURCE POST
So, here's the rub: There's no good and easy way to do a resource page. You try to organize it by groups and it only makes sense to you; you try to just list things and that's not really helpful to people trying to use your resource page to find resources. The best way to do it is to take a page from
iconofilth and link to the relevant posts as well as people. And even s/he's not doing that anymore.
Which is why I've put off making a decent resources page for nearly nine months now, especially since I cleaned out my resources and started up with new ones this last December. But, all good procrastination must come to an end! Thus, my...

-- PART ONE: Textures --
coqette
aesc
artphilia
awmpdotnet
camelgraphics
colorfilter
fidra
iconographer
lookslikerain
luux_lu
madika555
meivocis
oxiniensis
piemin
rainharbour
folded_arts
ohfreckle
snarechan
the_justiner
whoredom_bases
These are the people I get textures and, occasionally, brushes I use from. I use a lot of textures but, mostly, it's the same textures over and over applied and edited in different ways. These resource makers, as such, make some of the most adaptable and diverse textures that I can find and, so, they make up my graphics making toolbox.
-- PART TWO: Screencaps --
A great deal of my caps, especially for assorted CBS Network shows, come from the seemingly tireless
dj43 who created and maintains
dj_capslock. This community, which is populated by
dj43 and anyone else who wants to post screencaps, is one of the best resources I've found for CBS shows like NCIS, Criminal Minds, Moonlight, CSI, etc. It's also a great resource in general for caps but if you like procedurals it's one of the only reliable places to find caps regularly.

Another community I use regularly is
inadream_caps and it's related gallery.
inadream_caps includes cappers
telltale,
nightcomes,
spirits,
spoilsofwar,
beaked,
organza,
twolefts,
luridprophecies, and
killmotion.
I've probably used caps from each of these wonderful cappers at some point but, specifically, I use:
telltale's Criminal Minds caps.
organza's Skins, Friday Night Lights, and Supernatural caps.

In terms of individuals...
iulieki at
piaresquare (and
lickourlegs) provides me with 4400 caps (season one) and Medium (season one/season two). See her screencap post here.
Crystal Fires Cap Archive provides me with hires Stargate: Atlantis (All Seasons) and 4400 Season Four caps. She also caps a ton of other things, those are just the ones I use her screencaps for.
marishna is another good resource for Supernatural caps, among other things.
And, finally,
jadeleopard provides HiRes screencaps of my latest fandom: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
-- PART THREE: Tutorials --
And the final section of my resource list is tutorials. I only use a few tutorials with any sort of regularity, mostly because I use PSP and a good deal of PS tutorials are very annoying to translate.
NeutralSkin on coloring club scenes from Queer As Folk
Letsey_x on adding light blobs/smudges and coloring
Sanami276 on using textures in icons
And that completes my resource list at this time. Thank god.
